by: Cathy Feldman
You can tell a lot about a person from the clothes they wear,
but you can also tell a lot about a person simply from the handbags
they carry. Its hard to believe, but you can find out
a number of things about a womens personality just by
looking at the type of handbag she sports. Below you will find
a number of handbag styles and colors as well as what each specific
type of handbag says about the owner.
Louis Vuitton -- Avoiding The
Ebay Nightmare Fakes
by: Rufus Steele
Without a doubt, eBay was one of the cleverest on-line ideas
that anyone has had so far. The idea of creating a site where
you can bid on and buy items ranging from an eggcup through
to a disused Boeing 747 or a Nuclear Missile Silo was pure genius.
Sadly though, whenever a good idea comes along, the seedier
side of humanity is sure to be not to far behind, sliding along
in it's wake leaving a gooey trail behind themselves.
So it is on Ebay. Current estimation holds that nigh on 37%
of the worlds counterfeit and fake goods are sold daily on Ebay.
Having seen some of the listings I can fully believe it. Especially
where designer label goods are concerned. Take a look at just
about any page of Louis Vuitton items listed on Ebay and on
average you'll find 95% of them on each page are fake. So how
can you avoid the easy to make mistake of buying a cheap quality
fake Louis Vuitton?
Handbags and Women-Choice or Biological
by: Henrietta Timmons
Handbags have been one of the necessities of life for women
ever since recorded history began. It was important to have
the items that one used often close at hand and articles found
in a purse have ranged from ornate sewing scissors (17th century)to
todays mandatory cell phone and credit cards.
Why is it that women carry their belongings around and men just
have their wallets? My opinion is that the need to carry something
to hold goods is a fundamental need rooted in the biology of
females. Who is the main caregiver of the family from prehistory
to the present? Yes, I know that traditional roles are gradually
evolving but what person in the "traditional" family
is the most responsible for taking care of everyone? In most
cases, it it the woman who gets people organized and make sure
everyone has whatever they need.
